Our management team are seasoned professionals with extensive advisory and investment experience.

Ahmad
Salam

Investment Banking
Ahmad has had a long career as a trusted financial advisor to a number of companies, families and banks. He has advised on a series of landmark transactions including the purchase of Aston Martin from Ford Motor.
He was a founder director of the western world’s first regulated Islamic Bank; working with the FCA, to help them develop parallel guidelines to regulate Islamic Banks in the UK. In addition, he has co-founded and led two boutique investment banks in London.
He spent much of his early career as a structured finance and debt specialist focussed on the GCC institutions and banks; including Rothschild, Chase, Credit Suisse and Paribas. He has an Economics degree from University College London.

Iqbal
Asaria CBE

Insurance & Shariah Structuring.
Iqbal is an internationally renowned expert in Islamic Finance.
He was awarded the CBE in the 2005 Queen’s Honours List for services to international development. Iqbal worked as an investment Analyst for the Prudential Assurance Company.
He is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.

Toyin
Davidson-Ero

Real Estate
Toyin is a real estate adviser to Paradigm . Toyin assists HNWIs and family offices with their UK property investment requirements and oversees development projects. Toyin is qualified legal professional who has represented Landlords, Banks, and Housing Associations on a wide range of litigation matters. She has previously consulted for Asset Management Companies, and Property Investment companies.

Faisal
Iqbal

Investment Management / Banking.
Faisal is a focused-on advising, developing and managing long term investment plans. He has more than 25 years of investment and financial management experience. Prior to Paradigm, he worked at 1Oak Capital and Umbra Capital as Head of Wealth and Asset Management.
He spent over 10years at Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse covering client across EMEA. He has considerable experience in advising corporates on their financing needs.
He holds the CFA and CAIA designations

Nash
Jaffer

Real Estate & Tax
Nash specialises in real estate transactions and funds. Prior to Paradigm, Nash co-founded Leadenhall Partners and  previously worked at PWC and E&Y, where he accumulated considerable experience closing real estate funds, tax planning, and transaction advisor
He advises several real estate funds undertaking significant projects in central London, particularly evaluating options/opportunities, structuring, due diligence, corporate governance, investor reporting and the financial aspects of the developments and investments.
Nash is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser.

Okenna
Nzelu

Private Banking & Real Estate.
Okenna has more than 15 years of financial management experience covering Africa. Prior to joining Paradigm, he covered the Africa region as a Director at Barclays Bank.
His previous roles include UHNW Africa client coverage at UBS Switzerland and Goldman Sachs. He holds an MBA from London Business School.
He currently manages a number of real estate development projects across England
